Launched in 2018, MOPGA fellowship program supports cutting-edge scientific projects addressing issues related to the environment and climate change.
The MOPGA program is implemented by Campus France and funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The visiting fellowships are geared towards strengthening scientific contributions to climate change issues raised by the COPs and aim to facilitate the mobility of early career international researchers, thereby
promoting their collaboration with leading French research institutions.
Since its inception, the MOPGA program has supported the mobility of more than 380 students and academics, from 78 countries across all continents.

Monthly allowance of 2,500 euros, and moving grant of 500 euros.

Key dates
Calls for application are launched on a yearly basis in September.
Applicants are notified by email in May and the fellowship starts between September and December of the same year.
