The Maa'kum programme, which helps newcomers to settle in France, is aimed at nearly 3,000 Lebanese students who have just arrived and are enrolled in French higher education institutions for the academic year 2020/2021. This scheme is in addition to the scholarship programme granted to particularly deserving students.
