65 European Universities alliances were established between 2019 and 2024. In this context, the “Future4Alliances” project, led by Campus France and co-funded by the European Union (EU), aims to further support the structuring of these alliances and enhance their international visibility.

The French ministry in charge of research announced the election of the AI Factory France project to become part of the EuroHPC programme, an EU strategic initiative aiming at developing the best computing infrastructures for AI. The AI factory EuroHPC programme is fully part of this initiative since its aim is to give Europe cutting edge computation means, optimised to answer the needs in artificial intelligence.

The Times Higher Education (THE) released its latest ranking of “most international universities in the world”. This new ranking, compiled using data from THE World University Rankings, highlights that France stands out with nine institutions, including six in the Top 100.
