First professional day of the “Bienvenue en France” Label

On 16 June 2022, the professional day of the “Bienvenue en France” label gathered at the Inalco and for a time of information day, sharing and thinking, the certified institutions, experts and members of governing bodies of the Label (the ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Conferences of institutions (France Universités, the CGE and CDEFI) and agencies of assessment and accreditation (Hceres and CTI).

Mid-term assessment

Donatienne Hissard, Director-General of Campus France, presented to the 130 participants from 90 certified institutions a mid-term assessment and a promotional video of the Bienvenue en France Label. The edition of a full assessment on the Label, a guide of good practices and the organisation of visits of certified institutions also complete flagship actions announced by the Director-General.

Themed workshops about the label

Participants to this day then participated in 4 workshops focused on themes such as the implementation of new indicators, the promotion at international scale, good practices and the follow-up of higher education institutions certified with the label. The quality and richness of exchanges between participants and the team in charge of the Campus France label helped feed the reflexion about changes of the “Bienvenue en France” label for 2024.

Since the launch in 2018 of the “Bienvenue en France” Label, 138 higher education have been certified, and 68 independent experts from higher education institutions were selected by the commission of certification.
