The International Welcome Office (Bureau d'Accueil International - BAI) at the University of Le Mans welcomes all mobile students and researchers (exchange programmes and individual mobility).

The BAI welcomes students individually at the start of the academic year and throughout their mobility to help them with the following formalities:

At the start of the academic year, the Kiosque Info Service (KIS) helps students to familiarise themselves with campus life and life in France, with the opportunity to visit the campus and talk to the partners present:

Dates and times:
At the start of the school year, the BAI is open continuously from 22 August to 6 September 2024 from 9am to 5pm.
The BAI remains open throughout the year from Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.
The KIS is open from 3 to 6 September.
