Students

The new QS Business Master’s ranking 2025, which focuses on Master’s degrees in business, gives a list of the best business schools by type of Master’s degree. Seven training courses programmes offered by French institutions feature in the Top 3 for four of these specialities: business analysis, finance, management and marketing. In total, France has nearly 90 programmes ranked in this list, with HEC and ESSEC coming out on top.

The QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) Business Master ranking “highlights the best graduate master' programmes around the world”. For this ranking, specifically focused on business and management, QS analysed more than 200 programmes in its 2025 edition according to some fifteen criteria. As in the more general QS rankings, criteria taken into account were: the reputation of graduates among employers, the career development of graduates, the quality of teaching and research at the institution, the “return on investment” for students, as well as gender diversity and the level of internationalisation among both students and teaching staff.
